Buyer reviewThe process of buying my first house should have hectic and stressful but Mike and Rosey made the whole process so easy. I saw my dream house at 930 pm text Mike and he got me a showing the next morning. Unbeknownst to me, offers would be presented 30 mins after that. Mike's knowledge and expertise landed me in my dream house. He has a whole team and/or resources for every step of the way. Our experience was so amazing, we picked Mike and Rosey to sell our former house. I cannot thank Mike and his team enough.

Buyer reviewMike was an enthusiastic worker bee on this one. We were needy in our search, looking for - we didn't know what - and then we became very specific. We had one unsuccessful offer experience, where the seller treated us with dissrespect in negotaiting price, another where they went with a lower bidder, but Mike rebounded and found even better listings, He worked hard to get us the one we bought - lots of compettion and strategic offers. We found Mike to be knowledgible, especially on the properties we were seeking, figured out what we were looking for, and was available when needed, a really nice person, laughed at our jokes and the way we interacted. Results count and he did great - very happy with the end result.

Seller reviewMike Griffin was highly professional, knowledgeable and personable. He made me feel comfortable during my home sale. He was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond. For example, he recomended people to fix some of the issues discovered during the home inspection. He'd say, "I have a guy." As a result I saved money by hiring the companies he recommended. Over all, the experience of working with Mike was better than expected. I would certainly hire him again and would recommend him to friends and family.

Rosey spent a whole week taking us on tours every single day when we told her that we were looking to buy quickly and was so patient with us. Mike was a great resource and had a wealth of knowledge about the community / what to look for when touring homes. We knew we could trust both of them to find us the right place and we'll be back when it's time to sell!
